Once you have watched how they tweak, alter, elongate and emphasize this already beautiful woman you will know why you cannot compare yourself to a Photoshopped model. All illusions are over.  Be your own kind of beautiful please. Love yourself and your body for the temples they are. We all have unique features and abilities. Let’s celebrate and love what we are given and just refuse to try to reach these unrealistic, enhanced ideas of what ” the powers that decide ” think we should all look like.

Time to love what we have and not what we are not. Dress to enhance your good features, celebrate them and come to terms with what you cannot change. For too long now we have been driven to desire the bodies of young women who are teenagers advertising wrinkle cream at age 17.

This madness has to stop. I say ” In praise of older women ” and “love yourself for who you are” are the phrases I would like to see more of.
