This is actually a 2 piece outfit. The top is a short dress with 3 ruffles on it. Then a skirt with a smooth top to the hips and then another 2 ruffles to make it full length. Sewn in fly away silk tissue chiffon and made for the Society of Creative Anachronisms.
The layers don’t quite line up on my dummy but they did on the client who was taller.
